We are committed to delivering high-quality Ayurvedic and wellness products. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


Returns

Due to the hygienic and consumable nature of Ayurvedic, herbal, wellness, and personal care products, we generally do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

However, returns or replacements may be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • You received a damaged product.

  • You received an incorrect product.

  • The product is defective upon delivery.

  • Your order was incomplete or an item was missing.

  • The product was damaged during transit.


Reporting an Issue

If you experience any of the above issues, please contact our Customer Support within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To help us process your request quickly, please provide:

  • Order Number

  • Product Name

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • Photos of the shipping package

  • A complete unboxing video (highly recommended)

Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or refund.


Replacement Policy

If your claim is approved, we will provide:

  • A replacement product, subject to stock availability, or

  • A full refund if replacement is not possible.

Replacement orders will be processed within 2–5 business days after approval.


Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Refund processing generally takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the error occurred on our part.


Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

If an eligible prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.


Non-Returnable Products

The following products are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Opened products

  • Used products

  • Products with broken safety seals

  • Products damaged due to improper handling or storage after delivery

  • Gift Cards

  • Promotional or Clearance Sale Items (unless received damaged)


Delivery Issues

If your package is marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact us within 48 hours so we can coordinate with the courier partner.

While we will make every reasonable effort to assist, final resolution may depend on the courier company's investigation.


Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses to accept the shipment or provides an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.


Quality Assurance

Every product undergoes quality checks before dispatch. In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
